- Track player performance and statistics
- Organize tournament logistics including blinds, payouts, and seating
- Manage club memberships and invitations
- Integrate with calendar services for event management
User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
- You must create an account to use our Service
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
- You may only create one account per person
- You must not share your account with others
- Business or organizational accounts must be created by authorized representatives
User Conduct and Responsibilities
Acceptable Use

Real Money Poker and Financial Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Poker Nights is a tournament management platform only. We:
- Do not facilitate real money gambling or poker games
- Do not process monetary transactions beyond payment method identification
- Do not operate as a gambling platform or casino
- Are not responsible for any monetary exchanges between users
- Strongly advise users to comply with all local gambling laws and regulations
USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCURACY:
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying all tournament calculations, payouts, and prize distributions
- Confirming accuracy of all financial information and transactions
- Double-checking all tournament settings before and during events
- Ensuring correct payment method information and monetary exchanges
- Validating all data entered into the platform
NO LIABILITY FOR MONETARY LOSSES:
We explicitly disclaim all responsibility for:
- Any monetary losses or financial damages resulting from platform use
- Calculation errors, software bugs, or data entry mistakes
- Incorrect tournament payouts or prize distributions
- Payment method errors or failed transactions
- Any financial disputes between users or clubs
Club and Tournament Management
Club Creation and Management
- Club owners are responsible for managing their club's content and members
- Club administrators must ensure compliance with these Terms
- Inappropriate club content may result in club suspension or removal
- Club owners are responsible for the conduct of their members during club activities
Tournament Organization
- Tournament organizers are responsible for fair and honest tournament management
- All tournaments must comply with applicable local laws regarding poker and gaming
- Disputes between players should be resolved by tournament organizers
- We are not responsible for disputes arising from tournament play or organization
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Rights
The Service, including its design, functionality, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Poker Nights and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels

User Content
- You retain ownership of content you create (club names, tournament descriptions, etc.)
- By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide the Service
- You represent that you have the right to grant such licenses

- Supabase: For data storage and backend services
- Resend: For email communications
- Cloudflare: For hosting and security
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' practices or performance.

Financial Disclaimer
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- You are solely responsible for verifying all calculations and financial information
- We provide the platform "as-is" without guarantees of calculation accuracy
- You must independently verify all tournament payouts and prize distributions
- Any monetary exchanges or transactions are entirely between users
- We have no obligation to compensate for any financial losses or errors
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY MONETARY LOSSES OR FINANCIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
